McDougall's Driving School is an independent driving school based in Buxton, Derbyshire offering tuition for all of the High Peak area including Buxton, Chapel en le Frith, Whaley Bridge, Chinley and surrounding areas. We also offer driving tuition further afield to those who wish to take their practical driving test in Buxton.

The business was founded in 2010 by my Father David and I joined in 2011 when I completed my training and qualified as an ADI (Advanced Driving Instructor). My father sadly passed away in 2016 from a short illness so I took over the reins and continued the family business, which has gone from strength to strength, which I'm sure my father would be proud of.

ADI certification is given by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) which is part of the Department of Transport. All ADIs must pass stringent tests and are regularly checked against the standard to ensure a high level of professional ability is maintained. I am proud to say I hold an A grading, the highest grading possible.
